Hustle&Flow speak the TABOO with Shooney Da Rapper
Last Thursday we had to kick off the show with a dedication to Whitney Houston. So reflecting on some of our memories of Whitney and her music and having a moment of silence we had to share a few of our fave songs of hers.
Being our post valentine’s day show it was only right that I received my Exclusive Valentines Day T from a friend of mine back in the bay in time for the show. He has a shirt line named “Cheap Sushi” he text me his graphic and I HAD to have a one. So I wore it for the show, my Anti-Love style vs Flows romantic date look. So see, Flow brought the idea to me that we should talk about the taboo subject of.. SEX!, being post v-day and all. We personally have no problems talking about sex and sexuality but by social norms in this society you are not supposed to converse about the naughty things you do in your bedroom outside of it. Sex is a broad topic though, and one we will be speaking on often.. in fact stay tuned for a month or so from now. I digress, we wanted to narrow down the topic and being it was out post valentines day show we posed the question:
“Why is it people feel as if Valentines Day is the only time to go over the top in the bedroom? Shouldn’t you always have an exciting sex life?”
Flow and I could have gave our opinions all night, and we almost had to. Still I think we had a little loss for words when our SURPISE stopped by LADIES you WANT to see the SURPRISE so check the Rerun. Recommended by a friend of Flows, came to give the ladies something to look at, and though our original plan was to treat him like meat cut his head out the camera frame and not let him speak, we couldn’t help but ask about his opinion on the topic since we already had heard rave reviews of his bedroom skills. Ha. Yes.
I, Hustle, was put on blast yet again this week thanks to a good ol buddy ol pal calling in. Shout out to the love though from all the callers and people rocking with us in the chat room the support is amazing. The opinions, even better, the chats are reason to make sure you tune in LIVE. But the highlight next to some buck ass music about SEX. Not love, or love making but SEX! Was our guest for the night; Shooney Da Rapper. Fresh off her 2 on 2 battle at Queen of the Ring were it was Shooney and Phara Funeral vs Tori Doe and Don Ladii. Hands down Shooney and Phara came to win and they did just that. The energy and the characters they put on where greatness. This will be a must see when the video footage drops. Of course we chatted a bit about the topic and Shooney filled the fellas in on some of her likes and dislikes. The song she brought us though was EVERYTHING. Shooney sent us over the track “Circus” and off top it was perfection for this show and the topic of SEX! With a little more chit chat and staring at abs we closed another successful show out.
